ACE (After Care Evaluation Information System)

ACE offers a specialist database to Leaving Care Services.

The system provides full case management functionality, enabling the recording and evaluation of referrals, assessments, Pathway Plans, reviews and direct work with young people. This allows you to produce instant, accurate information on key factors such as suitability of accommodation, education and employment status, and note whether your team is 'in touch' with its young people.

ACE is designed to fit with local information sharing strategies and can be configured to exchange data with other children’s services databases.
