Action Research

Social Software's Action Research centre provides a range of services to enable local, regional and national analysis and evaluation of service provision. This is key to helping users in relation to policy development and improving service effectiveness, giving them a broader view of activity, what is working well, and what needs to change in order to achieve better outcomes.

Using online facilities and the reporting capability integrated within our systems, users can review their performance targets, benchmark their results against another team or demographic area and undertake more detailed research online to see how they compare.

The Action Research Centre is available to all registered users, local or regional government advisors and researchers under-taking specific university research studies.
